At Bloom Botanicals, we take pride in crafting thoughtfully dosed, high-quality hemp-derived products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Consumable items

  • Products returned due to change of mind

All sales are considered final once shipped.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

To request assistance:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping box (if damaged)

If approved, we may:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to your original form of payment

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside the 7-day window.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Order Errors

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Selecting the correct products

Bloom Botanicals is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Orders placed in error

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Bloom Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refusal of future purchases

  • Documentation provided to the payment processor
